Corrections and removal

Records here are copies of public federal filings. If one is wrong, the fix usually belongs with the agency that published it, and we will point you there. If a record describes a person rather than an organization, we remove it.

Ask for a correction or removal

Email [email protected] with the EIN or the name shown, what is wrong, and a link to the source filing if you have one. Requests are answered within five business days. A record about an individual is suppressed on receipt, before review.

Correcting the source

IRS exempt-organization records are corrected through the IRS Tax Exempt and Government Entities customer service. Form 5500 filings are amended through EFAST2. SEC company information is updated through EDGAR filer support. This site refreshes from those sources on a schedule and will reflect the correction after it lands there.
