How to search the Arizona registry

The Arizona Business Center Business Search searches by business name (starts with, contains, or exact match), business ID, statutory agent name, principal name, domicile and address type.

  1. Open Business Search on the Arizona Business Center site run by the Arizona Corporation Commission.
  2. Enter a business name and choose Starts With, Contains, or Exact Match, or enter a Business ID, statutory agent name, or principal name.
  3. Select Business Search and complete the image check the site shows before it returns results.
  4. Open the business from the results list.
  5. Read its status, statutory agent, principals, and, for a corporation, its annual report due date.
