  4. Read the status and standing, registered agent, annual report history and filed documents.
  5. Download a free electronic Certificate of Good Standing online if you need proof of standing.

What a Wyoming status means

Fee schedule effective July 1, 2026. Foreign LLCs and corporations pay $150 for a certificate of authority. Reinstatement for tax is $100; reinstatement after losing a registered agent is $250 (corporation) or $350 (LLC). Online annual reports add a payment processor convenience fee. Good standing certificates are free online.
