What a Oregon status means

Administratively dissolvedThe state dissolved the business for failure to file its annual report; it can reinstate within 5 years by paying a reinstatement fee and the missed annual fees.

Corporate Activity Tax (CAT)Oregon Department of Revenue. Register within 30 days of reaching $750,000 in commercial activity for the year; the annual return is due by the 15th day of the fourth month after the tax year ends. Tax is $250 plus 0.57 percent of taxable Oregon commercial activity above $1 million; businesses expecting $5,000 or more must make estimated payments.

Changing the registered agent or address costs nothing. Nonprofit corporations pay $50. The published fee schedule is dated 07/13.
